Skipper Training are presented in various areas in Southern Africa. The courses are presented by SASCA members that have been accredited by SAMSA examiners.
Skipper course presented are for Category B, C, D, E and R vessels. Category B,C,D and E courses are for skippers that operate at sea and Category R courses are for skippers on inland waters.
Our members can also do the training for following additional skipper endorsements:
- Coastal Skipper (Night rating)
- Surflaunch
- Dive skipper
The courses consist of theory and practical training and the theory and practical evaluation of candidates.
